Party Agreement
By signing this contract I understand and agree to the rules and obligation set forth by Bods Transcending Co. A deposit in the amount of $200 will be due to reserve Bods Transcending Studio the night of .
You also agree that the balance due will be paid before the party begins. Keep in mind there is an 8 person minimum per party. A carbon copy of your credit card will also be required.

Any person after the amount requested amount will be an additional $5 on top of what minimum is Food: All Parties Include Non-Alcoholic beverages and light snacks (chips or pretzels). For an additional charge Bods Transcending Co. offers additional food and beverages. See Party Menu for details. If you decide to request additional food and beverage please be aware there will be a deposit collected of 50% of your order before preparation begins. Tipping upon the completion of your party to instructors is permitted and greatly appreciated.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to 72 hours you will forfeit ½ of your deposit any cancellation within 72 hours of the date of the party you will forfeit your entire deposit:
