Classes are scheduled same day, same time every week.The class packages are a minimum of 6 weeks, and increase from there. Bods Dance ClassesBOMBSHELL BOOTCAMP

No excuses for time, we’re getting you in and out, 45minutes is all it takes! Experience a little bit of everything: abs, booty, arms, quads, etc…and then back to your day! This is the most innovative way to get a personal training sessions, and be in & out before the morning is over!


HOT BODS Walk Club

Come out and walk with us! Walking burns as much calories as any the exercise program! After you drop the kids off at school, or before you head into work…join us for a power walk that will get your heart rate up, blood flowing, and it will also boost your energy as you get your day started!!


SEXY CIRCUIT

This class is designed for the toning of your arms, quads, legs, booty, and more with the use of steps! This is NOT your typical step class.


BODS Defense

Rough day? Stressed out? Well, strap on our pink boxing gloves and get ready for a total body workout incorporating basic kickboxing principals to enhance a more empowered and confident ‘you’!


HARD CORE BALLER

This class is designed to work every major & minor muscle in your body: arms, chest, abs, every muscle group will be targeted, while manipulating our pink balls. Experience a ball work-out as you never had before!


BODS Cardio-Belly Dancing

Traced from the Middle East, Mediterranean, & Africa, belly dancing has made a dramatic explosion in the West and has become one of our most favorable classes! It’s designed for the female body with an emphasis on abdominal muscles. You will learn the art of the traditional Belly Dance that will carve your body into a flowing, sensual fluid-like movement, alternating with shaking & shimmy


BODS Dance Blend

Our chairs are not just for sitting on! We give a whole new meaning to the word burn, as we rock, roll, pop, and shimmy & strut our bodies into fantastic shape in this fun chair class! We promise to re-define your tummy, thighs, and booty in the fastest 1 ½ hour of fun dance fitness you have ever experienced


STRUT & STRIP

Love bump & grind? Wait until you experience Strut & Strip! There will be lots of chair usages, grinding, shimmy, rolling, booty popping, and sex appeal with the added bonus of an oversized man-shirt, tie, and hat! Burning calories, toning thighs, booty, & arms while having fun!


POLE CLASSES

Our pole classes are an amazing workout consisting of 60 minutes of total body training. Begin at levels 1, 2 and graduate levels 3, 4 and then master level 5. We create routines through pole tricks, transitional moves, and floor work-Build your spirit as you release your inner child swinging around our spinning poles. You’ll be hooked after your first class.


Pole Transitions

This class is designed to help your pole tricks flow with greatness if ease! Your transitions from the pole to the floor will become more fluid and controlled.


Pole Control

Learn to better support yourself on the pole! You will be taught strategic pole moves/exercises that will improve your abilities on the pole and strengthen your upper and lower body. Total body workout!


Island Fury

Can someone say ‘dutty wine’? Experience the flavor of the Caribbean Islands guilty-pleasure, in this high impact, intense cardio class that will melt your problem areas away by gyrating your hips and ‘wuking’ your waist! Get ready to wine as you would in Brazil/Trinidad & Tobago Carnival!


Body Flow

This class is designed to soothe your body after the tough work-out from all of the other classes. Enjoy sensual movements that will stretch your muscles and relax your body into a state of Euphoria.

Pole Perfect is a fun way to get in shape! It has made my total body workout a breeze. It is such a great time, and hour goes by before you know it.
