CHAIRotica: Bods Bump and Grind Cardio

Pole Dance
We at Bods prefer “vertical fitness” and when you take one of our classes you will understand why this is so, our classes consist of 55 minutes of pole dance fun. Tammy Skalko creator of the Bods Transcending Company and former fitness trainer and model, has developed a way to take the”tabu” out of the term “pole dance”. We very rarely workout in a vertical direction and using the spinning pole as a “fitness apparatus” lets us dance and get fit using core and lower body muscle groups you are sure to have a great time, while you get in the best shape of your life. Swaggalicious Cardio
Ever wondered how the ladies in a music video managed to not only dance but make every move look sexy? Wonder no more, Swaggalicious Cardio, dance not only teaches you hip hop moves but all so teaches you how to do it in a sexy fun style. You will work abs, gluts and thighs, and oh how good you will look.

Stiletto Strut
Ladies, do you have a pair of heels in your closet collecting dust because your confidence in walking in them is not as high as you would like? Come prepared with shoes and you strut desire, because believe it or not this 30 minute class will make you “Sweat Yourself Sexy”!

American Tribal Style Belly Dance (ATS)
This is not your normal cabaret class. Based on the Fat Chance Belly Dance and techniques. You will be dancing in your first class! All basic movements and skills needed to enjoy dancing with your sisters in the class’s space and maybe even soon at events. We start off with slow movements and work up to fast steps and combos. Each week you can learn something new to add to your Tribal Belly Dance knowledge of improve. All levels of dance and non-dancers welcome. It’s a great workout and you have fun too. Body Blast
Enjoy pushing yourself to the limit, blasting away body fat, and toning up all those problem areas. From sumo squats to tricep push-ups, get a full workout that you actually enjoy. No two classes are ever the same so you can get results in record time because your body never knows what to expect!

Strut and Strip
Come and have some fun as we “Put it all on, and then take it off”…well somethng like that…. Bring your favorite mens shirt, Hat and tie and together we will slow wind our bodies into shape with fun and easy to follow strip routines. Warning! This is Not for the Timid.

Zumba
Forget that old workout routine and come enjoy yourself during Zumba. This dance fitness class takes the dread out of doing that average workout routine and has you moving, shaking, and grooving to all the different beats of Cumbia, Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Samba, Hip Hop, Tango, and much more. The routines created to these fast and slow rhythms are designed to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. You’ll be having such a good time, you won’t even realize that your working out every major muscle group in your body! Who said working out can’t be FUN?

Foxy Boxing
Come get a Butt kicking workout with us at Bods and Bring your “Fire”.. This is an intense workout of weaving, bobbing right and left crossing for 55 minutes- Get ready to sweat.
